The 2026 AOH Officer Installation and Dinner was held on Sunday, January 11th at Scecina Memorial High School and once again proved to be a meaningful event for both past and newly elected officers of the Kevin Barry Division. The installation began with Mass celebrated by our chaplain, Father Joe Moriarty, in Scecina’s beautiful chapel. It was a reverent and fitting way to open the installation, grounding the event in faith and fellowship before the formal proceedings began. Following Mass, AOH State President Dan McGinley presided over the ritual of swearing in the newly elected officers. Thus, marking the continuation of strong leadership within the division.
After the installation, members and guests enjoyed a delicious dinner catered by the Steer Inn, featuring salad. green beans, mashed potatoes, and an excellent stuffed chicken. Among the new officers installed was Tom McNulty, who assumed the role of Treasurer, succeeding Chuck McGinley. Chuck served faithfully as Treasurer of the Kevin Barry Division for an incredible 20 years and has been a member of the Ancient Order of Hibernians for 47 years. We extend our sincere thanks and deep appreciation to Chuck for his dedication, service, and the countless ways he has supported the AOH over the years. His commitment has left a lasting impact on the division, and we are truly grateful for all that he has done.
