The Dooley Brothers

Hailing from County Laois, a quiet farming community about an hour outside Dublin, the Dooley Brothers are one of Ireland’s true hidden musical gems. Known for their authentic sound and heartfelt performances, the brothers bring a powerful mix of Irish rebel songs, traditional folk music, and crowd pleasing favorites to every stage they play.

The Dooley Brothers first performed in the United States on St. Patrick’s Day, quickly winning over audiences with their energy, musicianship, and genuine Irish spirit. Their return for the AOH St. Patrick’s Day Luncheon marks a special appearance, as they continue to share the music and stories of Ireland with American audiences in an intimate and unforgettable way.

The Indianapolis Ceili Band

The AOH is excited to welcome back the Indianapolis Ceili Band, who will once again share their musical talents with our community. Members of the band have frequently performed at AOH events, including our annual Summer Picnic and Christmas Party.

The Indianapolis Céilí Band was formed in 2009, in conjunction with the Irish Arts Academy of Indianapolis, in effort to promote traditional Irish music in the state of Indiana. They perform for ceili’s, dances, and parties throughout the midwest.

The band was the Midwest Fleadh Cheoil Senior Ceili Band Champions in 2015. And travelled to Ennis, Ireland in August, 2016 to compete in the All-Ireland Ceili Band competition, Fleadh Cheoil Na hErieann. They qualified to represent Indiana and compete in Ireland in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2022, 2024.
