145th Annual St. Patrick’s Celebration

Since 1870, the Irish of Indianapolis have gathered to celebrate their faith and heritage at the Ancient Order of Hibernians’ St. Patrick’s Celebration.

The celebration takes place on the Sunday before St. Patrick’s Day and is composed of three parts:

• 10:30 AM Mass at St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church
• 11:45 AM Parade from St. John’s
• 12:30 PM Lunch Banquet at the Indiana Roof Ballroom with live Irish performances.

This Year’s Agenda

For 2015, we are honored to have Father Glenn O’Connor serve as Emcee for our banquet. Brian Cunningham and the Irish Airs with guest vocalist Shannon Forsell and the Richens-Timm Irish Dancers will provide entertainment for the afternoon. And we will present our annual Hibernian-Kehoe Scholarships to two deserving young students, as well as the President’s award to an individual who represents the dual pillars of the AOH: Irish Heritage and Catholic Faith.

All are welcome to attend this unique event that celebrates Irish Catholic Heritage and the impact Irish-Americans make in our community.
